Status of Major Projects

The progress of the projects as of December 2022 illustrates the Agency’s continuous and sustained efforts to modernize
and expand the Kingdom’s port infrastructure: a new terminal, a new shipyard, a new maritime service, a new community
building, basin deepening works, the establishment of a maritime station, quay reinforcement, rehabilitation of floating
accommodations, and the development of artisanal fishing infrastructure and a tourist circuit are among the flagship projects
that have characterized the achievements of 2022.
